I am hoping your area was not in immediate danger. Posted: 12 Nov 07 4:56 PM Betsy - what a sweetie you are! obviously, it's been a couple of weeks since the fires have calmed down and NO luckily we weren't in danger. all activities halted, and the boys were all kept inside from school and practies, sports, etc were all cancelled. we could 'feel the effects, but not impacted. we're about 20ish miles, i'd say from the closest one...maybe a bit farther. so firey skies, and lots of ash for us, but no fire threat. we did have several friends that were evacuated, but so far so good and everybody is back home safe and sound. again, thank you for caring so much! xoxo,d  Page 1 of 1   Discussions  General  Deann, report i...
